2002 Mercury Sable LS A/C low service port

l am trying to recharge my A/C and do not know where the valve is. l just need to know where to recharge it at. Please help.

It will be the port on the big line. However l would suggest getting someone that knows A/C to show you. It can be dangerous if you somehow get the can of freon connected to the high side. It can explode and send shrapnel from the can into your body.

the low side port should be on the drier assy. this is located by the firewall on the passenger side of the vehicle.
