either it has a bad remote keyless entry module, or leave the keys about 50 feet or better from the vehicle for one night as I've seen some where the remote was damaged and sent the alarm off.. but usually it is a bad module or some sort of voltage spike in the vehicle.

Maybe time for a new one. l have a Ford Explorer that does the samething for the last 5yrs but not all the time.
