Yes, of course you can. Why would you think that you couldn't? Just because Ford discontinued the Mercury lineup in Canada after 1999, does NOT mean that it has ceased to exist. But in answer to your question, yes you will still be able to register your vehicle anywhere in Canada. More importantly, you will still be able to have warranty repairs carried out on your vehicle at any Ford dealership if it becomes necessary. Hope this helps.
