I have a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer & hit a bump in the road. Right signal stopped working. How to fix?

l thought it might be the bulb, but when l hit the bump the front right started clicking really fast and the back went out.Makes me think its a connection of some sort.How can l check that?

Change the bulb! You also may want to make sure that the bulb is still in the socket.

Check the bulbs on the front and rear. One of them is probably burned out. Easy fix.. replace the burned out bulb.

The back bulb is out. when a bulb is out, the others in the circuit will blink faster to warn you that a bulb is not working

My guess is you broke the filament in the bulb in the rear.

IF completely out, suspect turn signal switch or connector.. but your description tells me the above..
