How hard is it to remove the door panels on my 1999 sable mercury and how do l do it after I've removed all the screws?

After you remove the screws all thats left is push pins which just pop out. Start at the lower corner of the door and pull, the first pin will pop out and you will see what l mean.

remove all the screws, the door panel has plastic /nylon rivets that pull out when you pull on the door panel, there are two screws under the door handle on most fords of that year ( and older ) be gental pulling the panel off there are also 2 screws on the bottom corners of the door panel also, the speaker has 4 screws that holds it to the frame of the door
