its pretty hard to do you have to have the book . you have to turn the new key on and off while timeing it. you would be better off takeing it to for the key isnt cheap so if you mess it up youre out 50 to 60 bucks . ive tryed it bring it to ford

If l remember..It involves typing the factory key code into the door..pushing 1/2 button within 5 seconds.. door locks should lock then unlock. then hit remote button lock 1 ..locks should do dance .. hit number 2 remote..locks should do lock & unlock dance.. hit 7/8 & 9/0 buttons together to get out of program mode.
Some of the older ones had to be jumpered to program.. but if l remember this is the method for 92-97s
It is in the owners manual if u got one..
