Somebody set it too low, and it dies at slow to stopping.

It is not adjustable, It is computer controlled. If you stall on decell, l am willing to bet you just had your battery replaced, or the battery died recently.
Clean your throttle body
Clean your ISC
Clean your MAF sensor and the connector.
It will all be good again
