It has slight hesitation everytime l have the AC on or the heater on. l hear a loud clicking noise when the AC kicks on. Is this a bad problem to have? Because it drives good and all it just has the idling problem when the AC is on.

you should have your ac checked, it may be low on freon

the ac clutch will click when cycleing on and off most likely no prob. remove the air filter tube from the throttle body clen the inside of the throttle body ,especially the throtlle plate and remove the iac valve and clean it out then reinstall . clean with carb. cleaner. should help with the idle roughness

the ac puts load on engine. it might bring to surface idle issues. have u done a tune up recently? plugs, dist and rotor? the iacv would cause your idle to bounce up and down at idle. you can clean the lip of your throttle body where the butterfly is but l doubt it will change anything. good luck with your car. dont forget the group.com for villager.
