We found the one under the hood now were looking for the one under the dash and its not where the book says...

|
Under the dash, just left of the steering column you will see a 1/4 inch, round steel wire handle. Pull it forward and the fuse block will drop down. The block is covered by a black plastic cover that has to be pulled off before you can see the fuses.
