did mercury produce the cougar in another model other than its 25th anniv. ed in 1992? or just the 25th?

Yes they did, Atlanta assembly plant built them and it was 1973-79 And other plants built them early er 1968 when the first ones came out remember the tail lights that blinked across that was the only car that did that, hope this helps

there are 30th anniversary editions in 97..they celebrated it by ending its life the next year and bringing it back as a sport compact in 99, then finally ended production in 2002
