l need the passenger side mirror for my 2000 Mercury Sable.Its a heated, fixed and two-tone color.My car is a Maroon Wine color.Please help me,l cant find one ANYWHERE!!

have you called a local junk yard to see if they have one? You might also want to contact to Mercury themselves to see if they can help you out.

go to the dealer. l work in a ford parts dept, the might be on backorder, but thats the best place to get one. it will fit right hte first time and actually work out of the box.

call any dealer near you, they might want your VIN to make the search easier. ask for the whole part number and shop around. you can put the part number in at fordparts.com to look for a cheaper price.

go to discount auto parts .com l had a 98 sable that l had to do some body work on and l got alot of parts through them and they all amtched up and they were very reasonable also do a search on mercury sable body parts thats actually how l found this site and there were alot of places to choose from it could save you alot of money rather than going to a dealer and spending and arm and a leg. good luck

You can usually find a mirror for the car (a replacement unit) usually thru Ford.. but either will require removal of the colored cover that you are worried about or a body shop will have to paint another one for you to put on the replacement mirror.

Aftermarket is the same way.. You can find one in a junkyard but with the combo you have, it will be good luck in finding one.

Look at the junk yards, you can always have it painted to match at a body shop.
