You have to check your water pump! My water pump was almost 10 years old and it finally broke and l had to get it replaced. But for a week straight my heat would not work and l froze.

check the heater core witch is up underneath the center radio
1.take off the panels
2.find the heater core( screen like box with 2 tubes coming out the back0
usually any thing -yr 2000 the piping is plastic and may need replace with the aluminum ones

Most likely this is just ur thermostat which is inside a radiator hose which goes in the top front of u engine. You go to a parts store & they will actually sell u one & even change it for you. if this is ur problem it will have cost u about $25. Second & best option is to go to a raditor shop If u r not a mechanic this quickly gets more complicated, so this will be too hard to explain to you

Look in phone book & find a radiator shop & go there & have them take a look & give estimate.

Estimates r free & then u will know what is wrong & see if u can fix it or if u have to pay them.

The heater is a second small radiator inside the firewall near the glove box where hot water from the engine is pumped & a fan blows across that radiator - thus making heat.

This is the reason u go to a radiator shop for this problem.

Could u be a little bit more specific?
Heatin as u say does not work.
What makes u think it is a fuse?

Blower does not work.?
There is no hot air, just cold?
The blower works, but nothing comes out of the vents?

Maybe it is a bad switch?
Maybe it is a loose wire?
Maybe it is a bad ground?
Maybe it is a bad relay?
Maybe it is a plugged heater core.
Maybe it is a stuck heater valve?
Maybe it is a Blown fuse?
Maybe it is a bad blower motor?
Maybe it is a stuck blend door?
Maybe it is low on coolant?
Maybe it is a stuck thermostat?
Maybe it is a bad water pump?
Maybe it is a blown head gasket?

Because u have indicated that u have purchased fuses & the heater still does not work, that would indicate to anyone reading ur question that ur blower motor is not working. It could be the switch, but more than likely u have a bad resistor.
Usually when the resistor goes bad, the blower will only work on HIGH for a couple of months before it completely goes out. Is this what happened????

You can get the resistor at the Ford dealer, but call the auto parts stores to see if they have it for less. They can give u guidance on locating the part, but l believe it is very near the blower motor.

Best of luck.

if you keep blowing fuses , then there is a problem , most likely the blower motor is gone , but could be a short some where, check the blower motor first, it is the most common problem.
