These recalls occured in the 90's, Ford Dealers would fix problems.If l took my car to a Ford dealer today would those recalls still be honored?

l think it depends on the recall. Some recalls have time limits, and others don't. You can try getting on the ford website to read more information about it, or just call your local ford dealership.

Only if they are safty issues that have not expired. They can run their vin database and tell you if the recalls have been done. Its an old car, so warranty does not apply. They figure the car is over ten years old, other things should be breaking by now.

See your Ford Dealer on it, they should be able too tell you. I've always got it in the mail, since l own Fords and still do. So far they have been preety good about it.
