l have a merury villager 1997 v6 3.0 engine minivan.
when l start the engine the cooling fans would run at full speed all the time. any suggestions?

The fan may have 2 speeds, or the fan motor may be worn out.

It will if the A/C is on or the defroster is on, it makes the A/C come on. If its not that then a bad ground can do it makeing the fan relays come on.
