Call the dealership where you bought the car and ask for the Sales Manager. He/She would know.

That is a user set code. If you bought it used, you need to find out from the previous owner what the code was. Then you need to change it to your own code.

The only way u can pull the code is by having ur local dealer put it on the computer. Ford used to have a sticker placed under the dash or behind the glovebox on the firewall, but have since discontinued such use because of theft problems from unscrupulous outside mechanics, & even mechanics at their own dealerships. They discontinued the sticker use in 2003. So, if u can not find out from the previous owner, u will have to make a trip to the dealerhsip, which is gonna cost u about $85, unless u have a friend working there, that might get a hook up.

The code is on the driver is door module, located in the right rear quater panel towards the front. Easier to go the dealer.

check for a white tag with black lettering in the trunk (usually passenger side). It should be 5 digits.

Not a guarentee but look behind the left rear plastic panel cover in the back of the vehicle for the code.
